Cheshire Gun Room Ltd does not disclose buyer’s information
to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep
track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
This site is SECURED for credit card payments using the industry standard SSL
Encryption which will encrypt all of your data before being sent to us so that
you can be sure that nobody else can see your card or address information.
Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the correct content of this web
site, some details may still be wrong. In the case that a price or description
is wrong on a product which you have ordered, we will notify you & offer
you a choice of whether to continue or cancel your order as no order is
contractual until money has been taken, there will be no charge made to you on
cancellation.
Persons purchasing air rifles, air pistols, cross bows and Knives must be 17 years or over. It is up to the purchaser to maintain the products to keep them in a good and safe working order.
All products are checked thoroughly prior to dispatch.
All NEW products are covered by a manufacturer's
warranty. Full details of each warranty are available on request.
Manufacturer warranty does not cover mis-use, wear & tear or poor
maintenance.
Making a purchase could not be easier. When you find
an item you wish to purchase click on the 'add to cart' button and
they will be put into your shopping cart. Please check that you
have selected the correct size, colour, gauge etc when you have finished your
selection. Then click on the 'checkout' button and you will be asked for a few
details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
All of our products purchased from the website include VAT @ 17.5%
We are unable to send any items restricted by law through
domestic postage unless dispatched to an authorised RFD in this country, if
your item is for export to a dealer or individual in another country
please refer to our export section for more information. Please note: If
you items are left with us for export for a period longer than 4 weeks they
will automatically be put in to long term storage the price for this will be
charged at £2.50 per gun / per day unless otherwise stated by an
authorised representative.
You can pay for products by Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard,
and Switch/Maestro. You can also place an order, and then send us a
cheque for the total amount. We will ship products once the cheque has cleared.

WEEE Regulations
The Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment (or WEEE) Regulations are now U.K law. All
European member States including the U.K have agreed to reduce the amount of
WEE that is being disposed of in landfill sites.
It is
important that the amount of WEEE sent to landfill sites is reduced because:
- Some WEEE can be re-used or recycled.
The amount of landfill space available in the
- WEEE can contain hazardous substances. When
left in landfill sites the hazardous substances in WEEE can pollute soil
and contaminate water supplies. This contamination can damage human health
and the environment.
Distributors
of new Electronic and Electronic Equipment (or EEE) have a part to play in
reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
Cheshire Gun Room Ltd are "doing
our bit" under these regulations by offering our customers free take-back
of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or
Electronic product.
For
example, if a customer bought a new robot kit from us we would accept their old
robot kit and prevent it going into landfill site by disposing of it safely.
Customers must return their WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their
new item. Customers do not have to pay for the transportation of their WEEE to
our premises.

crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are
marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005,
and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste.
