Age Verification

Verifying Your Age

It is illegal to sell knives, swords or crossbows to anyone less than 18 years of age, it is also illegal for you to try to purchase them if you are under 18.

To verify your age, please email a scan or picture of your proof of age which can be either your driver's license, a passport or your UK proof of age card (PASS Card) to mailorder@cheshiregunroom.com along with your order number once you have placed the order. Proof of ID needs to match the name and address on your order. Our courier (ParcelForce) will request ID upon delivery of the item.

We will email you for proof of age after you have placed your order, if you have not already provided this. If we have not received any proof of age within 1 week, we will contact you again via email requesting this. If we still have not received any proof of age after 2 weeks, we will automatically cancel your order and process a refund.

Once we have received appropriate age verification from you, we will dispatch your order. No orders will be dispatched until your age has been verified.

We have to ensure that all customers purchasing any age restricted items supply us with proof of age before dispatch.

Please do no take offence when asked to prove your age, there are strict regulations which we adhere to and make no exceptions to this rule. Please note the proof of ID needs to match the name and address on your order. Selfies are not valid proof of age as these could be a photograph of anyone.

Provided age verification will be kept on file, but not shared with any 3rd parties.

If you require further information please give us a call.
