You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT
2.1 VAT is charged at 20%
2.2 To the best of our knowledge, all prices herein are correct. Should an item be displayed with incorrect price we reserve the right to correct this within a suitable timeframe and to not supply any item sold with an incorrect price. Prices should be considered an “Invitation to Treat” at all times.
2.3 Once an order has been placed you will receive an automatic email confirming your “Offer To Buy”. Once this has been accepted you will receive a second email confirming your order and accepting your “Offer to Buy”. A payment received WILL NOT be considered as Cheshire Gun Room LTD accepting an “Offer to Buy”.
2.4 Payments are taken automatically at check out. A payment should not be taken as Cheshire Gun Room LTD accepting your “Offer to Buy”. See 2.3.
2.5 Goods shall only be dispatched when payment has been received in full.
3. DELIVERY
3.1 From receiving your order we aim to deliver within 5-7 working days
3.2 In the instance that delivery will take longer, you will be notified.
3.3 International orders are usually delivered within 28 days.
3.4 If an items packaging is damaged upon delivery, it must be signed for as “Damaged Packaging and Unchecked”. If an item is not signed for as damaged and then ends up being so, CGR will assume that the damage was done after delivery.
3.5 If an incorrect item is delivered and it is found to be the fault of CGR, Cheshire Gun Room LTD will cover the cost of returning the item, whether that be having the customer send the item and refund the postage or having the item collected.
3.6 For international orders delivery cost may be calculated at the time of dispatch. Additional charge may be levied.
4. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Customers that wish to cancel their order and return goods must notify Cheshire Gun Room LTD in writing (email, letter) within 14 working days of receiving them. Goods must then be returned to Cheshire Gun Room within 21 days at their own expense.
4.2a If you are returning goods for any other reason than they are faulty, we would ask you comply with our returns policy in clause 4.1 above. Items must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery.
4.2b Once goods have been received and providing they are in an AS SOLD state as determined by Cheshire Gun Room, a full refund will be made within 30 days. However, if the item has been used, altered or damaged, in a way that reduces the value of the item, we may deduct an appropriate amount from your final refund to cover the loss in the item's value.
4.3 Any customer who wishes to cancel an order before delivery must inform Cheshire Gun Room LTD at their earliest convenience. If an order has already been dispatched but not delivered the customer can refuse to accept delivery and the goods will be returned to us. However, if an item has been dispatched before cancellation the delivery charge will not be refunded.
4.4a Faulty goods; in the event of goods becoming faulty the customer should inform Cheshire Gun Room LTD immediately in writing (email, letter) and return the goods at once for refund (within 30 days), repair or replacement. See section 6 for more information.
4.4b In the unlikely event that goods are faulty on arrival the customer must make Cheshire Gun Room LTD aware within a reasonable time and be able to prove that the goods were delivered in this state. Once this has been established we will then decide on the best course of action. This can include, but not limited to, posting the item back to us and refunding the cost or having the item collected by courier.
4.5 All guns (including both new and pre-owned), special order items and made-to-order items that require a deposit at the time of ordering cannot be canceled or refunded at any time.
4.6 Warranties are non-transferable.
5. AVAILABILITY
5.1 We do endeavour to keep most products in stock. If an item is not in stock you will be notified after receiving your automatic email confirming your “Offer to Buy” (See 2.3) and further instructed on how the sale can proceed and how long we expect any delays to last. Should you wish to, you can cancel your order at this stage. See 4.3
6. FAULTY GOODS
6.1 Goods that are delivered faulty must be proven so and Cheshire Gun Room LTD must be notified immediately by in writing (email, letter) and returned within 30 days of receipt. Should this be the case then the customer shall be entitled to either a repair, replacement or full refund.
6.2 Goods that develop a fault after purchase may be returned for repair in the first instance and possible replacement in the second.
6.3 CGR is entitled to repair or replace any item within a reasonable time frame. A reasonable time frame will depend on multiple factors. These are; Item, Fault, Availability of Spare parts, Country of Origin of Item.
7. WAIVER
7.1 If you breach these Terms of Sale or the Returns Policy and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach the Terms of Sale or Returns Policy.
8. INVADILITY
8.1 In the event that one or more of the terms set out in these Terms of Sale is held to be invalid by a competent authority, the remaining terms shall continue to have effect and you will still be bound by them.
9. PRIVACY
9.1 Personal information, such as your contact details, that you provide to us during the order process will be kept and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy
10. GOVERNING LAW
10.1 This agreement is governed by English law unless you live in Scotland in which case it will be governed by Scots law. Each of us agrees to bring legal actions relating to these Terms of Sale only in a UK court.
10.2 CHARITY RAFFLE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Entries into the raffle can only be submitted directly to Cheshire Gun Room. The draw will be made in the following 5 days. There are no cash prize alternatives. Prizes will be drawn individually at random. If you wish to be eligible to win one of the firearms on offer, you must be over 18 and live within the UK. To collect a rifle, the prize winner must hold a valid UK firearms licence for the specified calibre. To collect a shotgun, the prize winner must hold a valid UK shotgun certificate. Prize winners must also have appropriate UK field sports insurance. None licensed competition prizes are despatched directly. Licensed competition products will be dispatched to your nearest RFD (Registered Firearms Dealer).
In all competitions, we reserve the right to reject entries. We accept no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries. The winners may be required to take part in post competition publicity. Use of personal data received by Cheshire Gun Room in the course of the promotion is subject to Cheshire Gun Room data protection policy. Winners will be notified by email only after the show. The information given in these terms and conditions is correct, but Cheshire Gun Room reserves the right to change any of the above without prior notice. Please note this Charity raffle is only for UK Residents. We will not ship any prize outside the United Kingdom.
11. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
11.1 We aim to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times but, if you are not satisfied, please contact us at the address above. When dealing with your complaint, we will follow our complaint handling procedures; a summary of these procedures is available here or on request.
11.2 Any complaint verbal or written, including electronically, will be referred to our complaint’s manager at the earliest opportunity or to a member of the senior management if the complaints manager is unavailable.
